BOA Candidate Pipeline

Tracking our newest recruits through the pipeline to becoming a Battlefield Observer — Awareness volunteer.
Requirements: 1 Shadow → 1 Mock → 2 Leads → Final → BOA

How the pipeline works

  1. Shadow (1 required)
    Candidate shadows one BOA-led session as the 3rd squad member (silent bodyguard). After the session, pick the BOA's brain about on-the-job training.
  2. Mock Session (1 required)
    Candidate leads a mock session with a Mentor/Backbone/Lead BOA throwing curveballs and scenarios. Mentor gives feedback to improve teaching.
  3. Lead Sessions (2 required)
    Candidate takes lead on real new-player sessions from the TEAM UP channel. A full BOA observes silently and takes notes/vouches.
  4. Final Spot Check (1 required)
    Mentor/Backbone/Lead BOA runs a real session with the candidate. Sign-off grants the BOA role, skin, and patch.
  5. BOA
    Promoted to full BOA. Expected to close 3 tickets/month to maintain status.
