How a BOA session works

  1. Step 1 Join BOA Hub — enter the BOA Hub Discord.
  2. Step 2 Open Ticket — submit a request for help.
  3. Step 3 Answer Questions — ticket details help volunteers match you and manage demand.
  4. Step 4 Wait for BOA — a volunteer picks up your ticket when available.
  5. Step 5 Session — learn with guidance from a BOA volunteer.
  6. Step 6 Take what you learned into your next raid.
