Looking for someone to teach you how to play Ghosts of Tabor? Here’s how to request a BOA — and how to prepare before you open a ticket.
Before opening a ticket
Ticket questions help BOA volunteers match players and manage demand. Before you request help, try to have:
- Discord access
- A working microphone
- Your headset / platform information
- Your approximate experience level
- Your availability
- An idea of what you want help learning
How to request a BOA

Step 1
Join the Discord & find Request a BOA
Join the official BOA Discord and open the Request a BOA channel to open a ticket.
Step 2
When a BOA joins your thread, schedule your session
Wait for a volunteer to join your thread and schedule a session. Response times vary — we are a small volunteer team.
Step 3
Run your session (bring questions!)
Come prepared with questions. Be on time — BOAs often mute most channels and respond to ping indicators.
Step 4
Closing your session / ticket
Once you finish, close your ticket properly. After 2–3 sessions, use Group-Finder to find raid partners.
Volunteer expectations
We're volunteers — we do not get paid to babysit unruly players. Please behave during sessions. We reserve the right to blacklist users who waste volunteer time.

BOA
“Looking for someone to teach me how to play.”
BOA is focused on teaching and guidance — structured help so you learn systems, tactics, and confidence.
What BOA does not guarantee
BOA teaches you how to play. We can’t play the game for you.
BOA cannot guarantee:
- Survival in raids
- Winning PvP encounters
- Finding specific loot
- Getting rich
- Immediate assistance
- A specific BOA
- Becoming an expert after one session
