Volunteers who answer help-channel tickets and guide newcomers. These are the people who make sure no one faces Tabor alone.

How to request a BOA

Join the Discord & find Request a BOA

Join the official BOA Discord and open the Request a BOA channel to open a ticket.

When a BOA joins your thread, schedule your session

Wait for a volunteer to join your thread and schedule a session. Response times vary — we are a small volunteer team.

Run your session (bring questions!)

Come prepared with questions. Be on time — BOAs often mute most channels and respond to ping indicators.

Closing your session / ticket

Once you finish, close your ticket properly. After 2–3 sessions, use Group-Finder to find raid partners.

Volunteer expectations

We're volunteers — we do not get paid to babysit unruly players. Please behave during sessions. We reserve the right to blacklist users who waste volunteer time.
