Our Team & Roles

Overview of BOA roles and how they fit together. Jump to a role below — descriptions will be filled in over time.

Ticket Master

What is a Ticket Master?

  • In Ghosts of Tabor, the BOA (Battlefield Observation & Awareness) program is an official, volunteer-run mentoring system that helps players learn the game. Acting as essential backend support, Ticket Masters keep the program running smoothly by creating and organizing ticket queues so mentors have all the information they need for their sessions. They process training requests, answer client questions, match players with available instructors, close inactive tickets to manage high volume, and occasionally assist with interviewing or guiding new BOA candidates.
  • TMs (Ticket Masters) play a huge role in the BOA program! Without them there wouldn't be anyone to keep the ticket moving, answer new player support tickets, and connect struggling players with the mentors they need to survive Ghosts of Tabor!

Lead Ticket Master

What is a Lead Ticket Master?

  • Lead Ticket Masters are the people who handle things that normal Ticket Masters cannot. They track tickets that have been renamed and closed, check in with Ticket Masters when needed, review Ticket Master applications, handle TM interviews and orientations, and generally anything else that regular ticket masters cannot help with.
  • Without Lead Ticket Masters, we would have no one to track tickets for the BOAs and no one to guide and lead the Ticket Masters.

BOAs

What is a BOA?

  • BOA is a volunteer-led Sherpa program dedicated to helping Ghosts of Tabor players learn the game, understand its systems, improve their raid skills, and become more confident players.
  • The BOAs are the core to the program! Without BOAs this program would not be a thing, and you would be still struggling with Tabor!

Mentor, Backbone, and Lead BOAs

What are Mentor, Backbone, and Lead BOAs?

  • Lead, Mentor, and Backbone are the same crew. They run the program so sessions, tickets, and the team stay smooth — interviews, mentoring, ops, and the day-to-day leadership that keeps BOA moving.
  • Without any of these members/roles, the BOA program probably would not be what you see it as now. There would be no one to help create the program.
